Refund Policy

Classes Refund:

e-Learning is NOT refundable. This fee is paid to PADI and we abide by their policy.

8+ days prior to start of class: Class fees (except e-Learning) are fully refundable.

7 days prior to start of class: Class fees (except e-Learning) are refundable except 50% of store fees

24 hours prior to start of class: No class fees are refundable

Class Reschedule:

Reschedules at least 7 days prior to start of class are free

Reschedules 1-7 days prior to start of class incur $50 fee + any boat / trip fees

Reschedules within 24 hours of class incur $100 fee + any boat / trip fees

All manufacturers warranties apply.

Aqua Safaris Returns: 30 Days return, 60 days exchange. Item must have all original packaging and be in resalable condition. Once the item goes into salt water it is no longer in resalable condition. All sales are final for freediving wetsuits. All other neoprene items subject to 20% restocking fee. Speargun bands are non-refundable.
